I don’t know how to ask for a review
Many businesses don’t like to ask their customers face to face or where to send them. This leaves them fighting to reply to unhappy customers online who seem to love leaving reviews! Happy customers don't often write reviews, and they'll tell you why, they never thought to do so, or they forgot to do so, or it's just too difficult.
When I ask for a review, where do I send them?
Like you, your customers are very time poor. Asking a customer to find you online and figure out how to leave a review is just too difficult. So, when you or your staff do remember to ask a happy customer for a review, most of the time it does not happen because it's just too hard.
This was the reason Engage Online Marketing started ReviewManagement.com.au after being asked countless times by Clinic Owners and Practice Managers, “How do I get more reviews?” or “How do I answer this negative review?”
80% of businesses know they should be turning their happy customers into reviews to showcase to potential customers how good they are, but they just don’t know how to do it. Giving a busy reception another task or system to follow is not the answer. Common questions are, “Should I have an ipad in the clinic?” or “Should I call or email my customers asking for a review?” and "When I receive the review, how do I put it online?" It's just too difficult. That is why we developed our industry leading Review Management service. Your customers can review your business in under a minute on Google, Facebook or any other review site your customers frequent.
What about unhappy customers?
One of the key focuses when we a launched ReviewManagement.com.au was not only giving your happy customers an easy way to review you in under a minute, but how to avoid bad reviews before they go online. We found that customers who were not happy, just wanted to be heard. So, if we could provide these less than happy customers with a way to vent or be heard through a private feedback form, they chose it, often avoiding a damaging review.
This led to a simple interface for clients to provide feedback. For a positive review, the customer is taken directly to Google or Facebook and can input the review within a minute. For customers with a bad experience, they are able to provide you with this feedback directly so you can take care of it and turn them into a positive review.
How to enhance your word of mouth marketing
Every business believes if they strive to satisfy the customer and provide a great service, all of their happy customers will tell their friends and family meaning a steady stream of new referrals. But what is the first thing you do when a friend of family member recommends a business? You Google it, or you check them out on Facebook. Because, the majority of people read online reviews before visiting a business. Further, 85% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.
What can you do about your online reviews?
